How to cook
Strain the corn from the liquid in the tin. Cut the cheddar cheese into small cubes and finely chop the chives.
In a bowl, mix the tender broccoli sprouts with the arugula. Add the corn, chives and cheddar and mix the vitamin salad.
To flavor the salad, mix the lemon juice with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
You can add more or less of the dressing according to your taste.
Note: If you find it difficult to find broccoli sprouts, you can try it another type - radishes, beets or soybeans.
