How to cook
Boil the potatoes and mash them along with the butter and spices.
Spread a transparent foil on a towel on the counter and pour the mashed potatoes on top in an even layer - leave it to cool.
Wash the spinach and strain it well. Cut it into large pieces.
Fry the sliced garlic in a large pan with hot olive oil and add spinach - sauté it briefly.
Cut the processed cheese into pieces and spread it on the potato base.
Put the sauteed spinach in the middle and the roasted peppers on the side, which you have previously split into several layers.
Sprinkle a little salt on top and gently wrap the savory roll with the help of the towel.
Transfer it into a tray and refrigerate it for at least a few hours.
