How to cook
Cut the chicken into cubes, season with soy sauce and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the carrots into rounds, and the broccoli into rossettes.
Heat the oil into a pan and saute the chicken and carrots, until golden bown.
Pour in the chicken stock and broccoli and cook or about 10 minutes. Add the cream.
Stir the Chicken and Broccoli, cook for five more minutes and serve warm.
