How to cook
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: flour with baking powder, sugar and vanilla.
Separate they eggwhites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with the softened butter and add the milk.
Whisk the eggwhites with salt. Add the egg yolk mix to the flour and stir. While stirring constantly, add the eggwhites gradually.
Grease the waffle molds with butter. Pour the waffle mix with a laddle, or a large spoon. Cook until golden brown.
Serve with strawberry jam.
