How to cook
We love dips, since they are the quickest and easiest way to serve a tasty, elegant snack to accompany your drink.
For this dip you can chose to use only cream cheese by eliminating the cottage, or adjust the proportions according to your preference.
Clean the radish and chop finely in a blender.
Add the cream cheese (and cottage), chopped chives, salt and pepper.
Blend all the ingredients to a homogeneous consistency, garnish with radish slices and stalks of chives, and serve straight away.
