How to cook
Beat the eggs with the sugar until a fluffy mixture is obtained, then pour the oil and add a pinch of salt.
Mash the well-ripened bananas and add them to the mixture and continue to beat.
Mix the soda with the flour and add them little by little to the mixture.
Finally, grate the chocolate, by leaving a small portion to add to the mixture of cubes.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular cake pan and bake the banana bread at 340°F (170 degrees) until it's done.
The fluffy banana bread is ready.
