Clean the chicken and divide it into portions. Braise the chicken with 3/4 cup of oil along with the grated onions. Salt, sprinkle it with paprika and top it up with 3 cups of hot water. Simmer until the meat becomes tender.
Cut the seeds out from the peeled peppers, fry them in a separate pot with the tomatoes and add them to the pan with the chicken.
Sprinkle with black pepper and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve a portion of chicken with chopped parsley.
