Soak the chickpeas in water for 12 hours in advance. Then rinse and put them to boil. Pour out the first water and put them to boil again completely for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
In a separate container, put the rice to boil with the butter and salt with water, according to the amount of rice you are using. Once the rice is almost done, add the chickpeas. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Allow the rice to get cooked completely and remove it from the heat. Put the rice into a greased tray, distribute the pieces of chicken breasts in and put it to bake until the meat is cooked.
