Ingredients

  • pine tips - 2 oz (50 g)
  • water - 2 cups (500 g), boiling
  • sugar - 2 cups (500 g)
  • honey - 2 cups (500 g), bee

How to cook

Cut the tips of the pine finely. Top them with 2 cups (500 g) of boiling water, stir well and let the mixture cool. The cooled mixture is filtered.

The resulting liquid is mixed with the sugar and put to boil gently with frequent stirring, to get a thick syrup. Allow the syrup to cool, and then add the honey while continuously stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
