How to cook
Clean the carrots and grate them in a large pot on a coarse grater. Immediately top with a little vinegar, so they don't brown. Add the drained corn, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, curry and mix well.
Mix the cream with mayonnaise and crumbled blue cheese in a small bowl. Distribute the carrots and corn in dishes, put a spoon of the sauce on top, sprinkle it with some croutons and serve with a sprig of fresh dill.
