How to cook
Boil the white beans in a pot. In another pot, boil the coarsel chopped sauerkraut.
Shortly before they're fully cooked, mix the beans with the sauerkraut. It should not have a lot of liquid.
Put a good amount of oil into a saucepan and when it heats up, pull it away from the stove and add the paprika, stir quickly, so that the paprika doesn't burn and pour it into the beans and stir.
If desired, a dry hot pepper or red pepper can be added to the beans.
