How to cook
The onions, carrots and peppers are cut into cubes and stewed in a pot.
Add 1 liter of water. Cut the potatoes into cubes and let them simmer until they soften.
Finally, add the two grated tomatoes. Season with salt and add a pinch of the remaining spices.
And when everything is ready, pour them into a blender and blend until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Croutons can also be added if you like.
