Mix the semolina with 1 1/2 cups water, sweeten with sugar and milk, then put it to boil, while stirring regularly to prevent burning.
Once cooked well, after boiling, remove it from the heat and stir until you get a smooth mixture. Add the walnuts and vanilla.
Pour the cream into bowls, putting 2 tsp jam on the bottom of each. The tops can also be decorated with jam.
