How to cook
Beat the eggs with the brown sugar very well. Add the melted butter.
Then, while beating the egg mixture, add the white flour and the finely ground oatmeal in a chopper along with the soda, vanilla, cinnamon, rum essence and a pinch of salt.
Finally, add the ground almonds (raw) and raisins.
Then shape the healthy cookies, which you can then arrange in a tray covered with parchment paper.
Bake the oatmeal cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
