How to cook
Start by kneading the minced meat. Add the egg, as much black pepper and savory herb as you like, if necessary - and salt, knead very well and set it aside.
Pour the oil into a pan and add the finely chopped onions and mushrooms, fry until the vegetables aquire a golden color, remove the pan from the heat and leave the finished stuffing to cool.
In a baking pan lined with baking paper, grate 1/3 of the cheese.
Arrange the bacon strips on it, by overlapping them, in a rectangular shape.
Spread the minced meat evenly on the bacon. Spread the stuffing on the minced meat and finally grate the rest of the yellow cheese.
Shape it well and roll it into a tight roll with the help of the paper.
Place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 degrees) and bake until the bacon is aquires a pleasant color, then cover the savory roll with aluminum foil and bake it - a total of about 40 minutes.
