How to cook
Put the water and the dry spices in a pot and once it boils, cook for 1-2 minutes.
Fill the pork leg (neck, shoulder) with a part of the marinade with a syringe.
Pour the rest of the marinade over the meat and leave it in the fridge for 4 days, by occasionally turning the meat, so that it can marinate well.
After that, boil it for 2 hours. The temperature of the homemade ham should be 170°F (75°C).
Pour cold water, roll it in dry spices, wrap it in a baking bag and leave the Homemade Prague Ham in the fridge for a few hours.
