How to cook
The meat is washed very well and cut into cubes.
The garlic is then crushed.
Put the crushed garlic, salt, powdered sugar and black pepper in the water.
Mix very well.
Pour the mixture over the chicken fillet.
Leave it for 30 minutes in the marinade, then mix everything for 10 minutes.
The meat is placed in a bag.
Leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours, so that the white meat can mature.
The bag is then placed in a ham maker.
The homemade ham is boiled in a pot of water. The water temperature should be between 170°F (75 degrees).
Boil it for 2 hours, after which the homemade chicken ham is left to cool.
