How to cook
Pour the milk into a pot.
Put the pot in a pan with water (so that it doesn't burn during cooking) and put it on the stove.
Boil the milk over low heat. Once the milk boils, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool.
The milk is ready to be fermented, when you place your pinky finger in it and can hold it in for 10 seconds.
Add the yoghurt and some of the milk in a bowl, mix well and pour them into the pot.
Stir again and pour the milk into the jar. Wrap them well in warm clothes and leave them for 5-6 hours.
Store the finished homemade yogurt in the refrigerator.
The homemade buffalo yogurt is very tasty.
