Ingredients

  • cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • chocolate - 2 oz (50 g), cocoa
  • gelatin - 2 tsp (10 g)

How to cook

Beat the cream until it forms a thick foam. Without ceasing beating, gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa.

Dissolve the gelatin in warm water in a ratio of 1:3 and pour it in a thin stream to the mixture.

Pour the cream into molds and serve after it gels.
