Place some of the sugar in a pan and put it on the stove until caramelized. Caramelize the bowls in which you intend to bake the cream using this sugar.
Separately, in a pot, whisk the eggs and dilute them with the milk, add the remaining sugar, put it on the heat and stir with a whisk until boiling. Distribute this mixture into the caramelized bowls.
Arrange them in an oven dish with cold water (water bath), place it in a cold oven and bake until ready. Serve the finished mixture cold and invert it onto a saucer.
