  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • eggs - 4
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • vanilla - 1 packet


Place some of the sugar in a pan and put it on the stove until caramelized. Caramelize the bowls in which you intend to bake the cream using this sugar.

Separately, in a pot, whisk the eggs and dilute them with the milk, add the remaining sugar, put it on the heat and stir with a whisk until boiling. Distribute this mixture into the caramelized bowls.
