  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 1 cup
  • hartshorn - 1 tsp
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml) cold
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - 5 tablespoons
  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g), dry and hard


Break the 2 eggs in a bowl, beat well, add the cold water with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and the hartshorn and mix well with a whisk or spoon once again. Add the flour little by little, stirring nonstop.

The mixture will turn into a liquid, then finally pour in 5 tablespoons oil and the crushed feta cheese in. Put the mixture in a small greased and floured form. Preheat the oven to 392°F (200 °C), but when you put the form in reduce it to 302°F (150 °C).
