Clean 1 whole chicken and salt it. Make a marinade of lemon juice, soya sauce, thyme, 1 spoon of melted butter and black pepper. Smear it on the chicken thoroughly and put 2 tablespoons of cream inside it.
Leave it to cool for half an hour and put it to bake in a greased tray. If necessary, put foil to prevent burning. Clean the asparagus and put them to stew briefly with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Mix and add the remaining cream, salt and black pepper. Serve a portion of aromatic chicken with asparagus and cream sauce. Optionally, serve it with steamed potatoes.
