Sandwich with Cottage Cheese Pâté and Spices
- brown bread - 5 slices
- cottage cheese - 1 package
- sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- yoghurt - 1 tablespoon
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons, dairy
- thyme - dry and fresh
- basil - dry and fresh
- oregano - dry and fresh
- white pepper - 2 pinches
Toast the slices of bread lightly in a toaster. In a food processor, mix the cottage cheese, cream, yoghurt, mayonnaise with the salt, white pepper and the dry spices.
Whip up a smooth mixture, then smear it on the toast. Sprinkle each sandwich on top with a bouquet of freshly chopped spices.
