How to cook
I cut the apples into cubes, added 4-5 spoons of brown sugar and placed them on the stove until the apples caramelized.
At the end I added a spoonful of rum.
I arranged them in the middle of a rectangular piece of puff pastry. I cut it into strips on both sides and wrapped them over the apple filling.
I spread the puff pastry with egg yolk and baked it until it aquired a golden color.
The apple puff pastry is great and easy to make!
