Ingredients

  • chicken thighs - 4
  • flour - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • salt
  • oil
  • black pepper - to taste

Preparation

Prepare the chicken thighs by removing the skin or leaving it and deboning the meat. Cut the chicken into medium sized cubes, put the meat in a bowl.

Sprinkle with plenty of flour and season lightly with salt and pepper. Roll the chicken well, then put it in very hot oil and fry until browned. Finally add the garlic and parsley.

Serve garnished with tomatoes.
