"Anyone know how much brandy this hors doeuvre needs? Just asking for a friend."

Ingredients

  • lettuce - 2
  • green onions - 2 - 3 sprigs
  • yoghurt salad - 2 cups (500 g)
  • russian salad - 2 cups (500 g)
  • eggplant salad - 2 cups (500 g)
  • corn - 1 cup, canned
  • olives - 4

How to cook

Wash the lettuce well, cut into juliennes and distribute it into salad plates. Put round slices of green onions on it.

Make a pile of 3-4 tablespoons of each prepared salad on top of them. Between each pile, put 1-2 tablespoons of corn.

Place 1 whole olive in the middle, you can use other decorations too.
