How to cook
Mix the mince with salt, black pepper, chilli powder and nutmeg in amounts to your liking. Be careful not to go overboard with chili and nutmeg though, because the aroma and taste are sharp and just a little bit of these spices is enough.
Cut the bread into medium-thick slices and brush them with the mixture of the spicy mince. Cut the onion into rings, separate the individual layers and arrange on the sandwiches as desired.
Chop the parsley finely and sprinkle it over them. Bake until they catch a light tan.
