How to cook
Clean the broccoli, shred into florets. Peel and chop the stem. Boil for approximately 5-7 minutes in salted water (can steam as well).
Drain and after cooling, transfer to a bowl. Add the strained yoghurt, spices and mix.
The salad is served in a salad bowl, sprinkle it with walnuts or garnish it with olives.
