Wash the shrimp and cook them for 5 minutes in salted water. Then leave them to drain well.
Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg and dilute them with the beaten eggs and beer. Leave the dough to rest for an hour in the refrigerator. Heat oil in a pan, dip the shrimp first in the dough and then fry them until golden.
Serve topped with lemon juice.
