Cut the bread into cubes, sprinkle them with a little olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, oregano and basil and bake them to a nice tan in a heated oven. Salt the chicken and sprinkle it with a little black pepper and cook it on a grill pan.
Shred it to pieces. Shred the lettuce in a bowl and add the chicken, chopped boiled eggs and croutons. Mix the salad with a little olive oil and lemon juice, salt to taste and serve it.
Optionally, sprinkle with some chili powder.
