Put 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of water to boil. Chop the chicken into small pieces and put it to boil. Cut the potatoes and carrots using a grater. Chop the onion and tomatoes and add all the vegetables to the chicken.
Wash the rice and add it to the water, then add the flour, dissolved with a little water.
Throw in the spices along with salt and oil to taste. Beat the yoghurt and add it to the soup. To make the thickening agent, beat the eggs with a little salt for about 1 minute with 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Beat to a foam and slowly and carefully thicken the soup.
