How to cook
Wash and cut the livers into large pieces. Fry them briefly in olive oil, covered with a lid.
Once they turn slightly red, remove them and cover them with a lid.
In the remaining fat, add another 2 tbsp. of olive oil and spring onions, cut into strips.
After frying very lightly, add the remaining products (honey, vinegar, wine and universal sauce).
When the sauce thickens slightly, place the livers back in it, stir and sprinkle them with black pepper.
Serve them warm.
