How to cook
A delicious and very popular cake - Raffaello biscuit cake.
We start with the cream, because some of the ingredients need to be chilled.
Melt the butter in a water bath, then leave it to cool. Melt the chocolates again in a water bath and leave them to cool.
In a bowl, beat the cream and add the cooled butter and chocolate.
Stir gently, add sour cream and the shavings and set aside a little for decoration.
Pour the milk and rum into a bowl.
In a cake pan, put a little cream on the bottom.
Dip the cookies in milk and arrange them, then the cream and so on until you run out of the ingredients.
Finish it off with coconut cream and sprinkle the Raffaello Cake with coconut shavings on top.
