How to cook
Peel the apples and grate them. Mash the bananas and add them to the apples.
Beat the eggs and pour them over the fruit. Add the cocoa, banana puree and baking powder and mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into a Teflon mold and bake it at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 20-25 minutes.
Take the cake layer out of the oven and leave it to cool, then take it out of the mold and turn it over into a wide plate.
Beat the cottage cheese, honey and vanilla into a smooth cream and spread it on the cake layer, but only on top.
Decorate the fruit cake as you like.
The sugar and gluten-free children's cake is ready.
