How to cook
Beat the eggs and egg whites along with the sugar. Add all of the other products without the cocoa and beat until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Set aside 1 cup of the mixture and stir it in the cocoa.
Pour the light mixture into an greased mold and in some places pour the cocoa mixture on top.
Bake the sponge cake at 360°F (180 degrees) with a fan on for about 25 minutes.
The Gluten-Free Sponge Cake is ready.
