How to cook
Clean the sea breams, do not remove the heads and tails. Rub them inside and out with salt and pepper and top them with a little lemon juice.
Leave them for 10 minutes, then fill the insides with 2 lemon slices, 2-3 cloves of garlic and a few stalks of parsley and rosemary tips. Prick with toothpicks.
Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Roll the breams in flour and breadcrumbs and put them to fry. Using the toothpicks, turn them over to fry on the other side.
