Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • dill - leaves
  • oil - 1 tablespoon, or butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp

How to cook

The yoghurt, garlic, dill and other spices are mixed and heated to about 100°F (40 °C).

Add the oil (or butter), while stirring continuously.
