How to cook

The spinach is chopped and fried until deflated. Allow it to cool well. Whisk the eggs thoroughly, add 1 tablespoon of water to each egg.

Add the other finely chopped ingredients to the spinach, salt and pepper to taste. The egg mixture is distributed in equal amounts in a small skillet and baked into several small omelettes on both sides.
