How to cook
Clean the shiitake mushrooms, by removing the caps. Mix the salt and olive oil, add the mushrooms in them and stir.
Arrange the mushrooms on the grill on the lowest or middle grid. Bake them for one or two minutes on the side.
Pour the lemon juice over the remaining olive oil in the bowl. If it seems too little, you can add more. Add chopped parsley, garlic and ground walnuts to the roasted mushroom sauce.
Serve the baked shiitake mushrooms with the prepared sauce.
