Kuih Bahulu - Malaysian Sweets
- eggs - 3 egg yolks + 4 egg whites
- sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp, essence
- wheat flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
- tapioca flour - 1 tablespoon
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
These sweets are baked in specially designed forms in Malaysia, where they are well greased and filled, but not all the way to the top. Bake for 5 minutes. If you do not have such cookie forms, you can spoon the mixture into a tray with baking paper.
You will get Kuih Bahulu that are just as delicious. Enjoy!
