How to cook
Cut the chicken wings into 2 pieces. Crush garlic with a little salt and rub the chicken wings with them. In a separate container, whisk the egg and add a little water (1/3 tbsp (5 ml)).
Mash the potatoes with a fork and add them to the flour. Add black pepper to taste. Heat the oil, dip the chicken wings successively in the egg, flour, potatoes and egg again, before frying.
You can serve this with a salad of your choice, or steamed potatoes.
