How to cook
The chicken meat is cut up, or broken into pieces. Marinate it in a mixture made from the oil, soya sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chili sauce, a little sugar and salt to taste.
Leave the chicken to season in this marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then leave it for half an hour in a colander to drain out the marinade well.
Roll each chicken piece successively in some flour, beaten eggs and a mixture of breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Fry in preheated oil.
