How to cook
Lets start our Turkey Risotto by preparing the vegetables.
Wash and peel the vegetables. Cut into small or larger pieces, depending on the vegetable.
Saute the turkey in olive oil for a couple of minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Add the vegetables - onion, carrot, tomatoes, ramsons, zucchini and cook for a few minutes. Add the rice, hot water and tomato juice, and simmer.
When the Turkey Risotto is ready, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and olives, stir and serve into a platter.
