How to cook
Knead a soft dough from the yeast, water, sugar, 2 tsp salt and flour and let it rise for 1 night in the refrigerator. The next day, mix the cottage cheese with the egg white, chopped chives, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, to prepare the filling.
Tear pieces of dough the size of your palm and form them into an elliptical shape. Using your fingers, gently split them in the middle, put the filling in and close them carefully. Fry in hot oil, flipping them over to fry evenly.
