How to cook
Put the flour on a kitchen counter and make a hole in the middle.
Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of water. Put all of the products in the well and knead a soft dough.
Wrap it in a cotton towel and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
Divide the finished dough into balls. Flatten each one slightly and arrange them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave them in a warm place for half an hour.
Sprinkle them with a little flour and bake the small burger buns in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) until they're done.
The fluffy burger buns are wonderful!
