How to make
Mix all the ingredients in a pot. Put them to boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Distribute the vegetables evenly in 6 jars of 17 fl oz (500 ml) each. Pour marinade on top. Stir with a non-metallic object to remove all the air bubbles.
Close the jars and boil them in a water bath for 15 minutes.
