  • beef steaks - sirloin
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • vermouth - 4 tablespoons, dry white
  • lemon juice
  • black pepper
  • salt


Tenderize the steaks slightly, add salt, and sprinkle them with black pepper and lemon juice. Fry them on both sides in highly heated oil, pour on the vermouth and add the cream.
