How to make

Yarrow is one of the most popular and most valued herbs.

The whole plant or only the flowers are used.

The drug is administered in the form of a decoction.

Two tablespoons of the dried herb are poured with 2 cups of boiling water and are boiled for 3 minutes.

Leave the yarrow to soak for 30 minutes and strain the extract.

Yarrow tea is taken 3 times a day in 60-100 ml doses (depending on age) after meals.

The treatment lasts 3-4 months, with a 15-day break.

Yarrow is also used for white discharge and involuntary urination in children.

The herb counteracts the causes of malaria and worms.

The tea is taken as a sedative for neurasthenia and hysteria.

The aromatic and bitter dried herb is also used to awaken the appetite and increase the excretion of the gastric glands for dyspepsia and hyperacidity.

The herb also helps the blood to clot faster and has a hemostatic effect on hemorrhages (uterine and kidney), hemorrhoids, nose and gum bleeding and open wounds.

Yarrow and honey tea helps with diets - speeds up the metabolism, cleanses the liver and normalizes the acidity of gastric juices. It has an astringent (burning) effect on diarrhea, stomatitis, gingivitis and anti-inflammatory effect on gastritis and colitis.
