How to cook
Cut the rabbit into portions, sprinkle it with salt and rub it with paprika and oil.
Finely chop the onion and place in a baking pan along with the mint. Sprinkle it with salt, paprika and oil.
Stir and arrange the portions of meat, pour water, black pepper and cover it with foil.
Roast the rabbit in the oven for about an hour, then take it out and remove the foil, add the washed rice and beans (or without beans, it's a matter of taste).
You can roast the rabbit without foil, if the meat is boiled, if not, stew it to cook it faster.
