How to cook
The pounded steaks are seasoned with salt and the pepper melange, wine is added to them and they're left for about 30 minutes.
Mix the butter and mustard until a paste is formed, then spread the steaks on both sides with it and arrange them in a glass baking pan, by placing the mushrooms on top.
Add the milk to the cream and pour it over the steaks, cover them and bake them in a very well heated oven until they're ready.
The tender beef steaks are very tasty.
